SOMETHING ABOUT US

For over 14 years, we have been in the show-ring in the United Kingdom and South Africa, firstly with Weimaraners and Golden Retrievers and now Hungarian Vizlsas.

Enkosi Vizlas came into being in 1999, soon after we bought our first Vizsla, Tay (SA Show Champion Bargeo's Teriyaki by Enkosi). Right from the start, Tay proved to be a winner! He impressed us all with his happy temperament and was a joy to have in our home. He proved to be an impressive show dog, learning the ropes easily, with huge potential in the field. Having Tay convinced us that Hungarian Vizslas was the breed for us!

We are a small concern, pursuing what all breeders want, and that's the perfect dog. We breed for temperament and conformation and promote the use of Vizslas in the field.

As responsible breeders, we endeavour to produce healthy, sound and well-adjusted puppies. We are very selective when we place our puppies in their new homes as it is crucial to match 'the right puppy with the right family' - Vizslas are very demanding and love attention. If you are curious as to whether a Vizsla is for you, we strongly encourage you to visit us and say hello to the 'Gang' .
